RETURNS

We accept returns on items ordered via www.vollergewinn.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

Delivery/Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, we recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

Security seals must not be broken or tampered with.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, odours or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

We may offer to schedule a local drop off/collection meeting point with a Voller Gewinn representative, if you are living within the London radius. This will be an exceptional service if granted.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

If your returned product(s) is/are refused for not complying with our Return Policy, then your parcel(s) will be sent back to your original delivery address.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.

This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organisations.

3.Package the item(s), including the packing slip.

4.Securely attach the provided returns address to the outside packaging.

5.Schedule your method of postage/shipping back to us or meet with the Voller Gewinn representative (only if service is granted).
